I emailed back-and-forth with customer service, showing them that the part did not fit my motorcycle correctly, and after it was confirmed that the product did not fit my particular motorcycle, although advertise as such, they promptly refunded my money in full. I still will leave a four star review for the prompt responses and fair treatment. The only reason it’s not five stars is that they had inaccurately advertised this part for my generation of KTM RC390. I do wish, however, that the part had fit as it did arrive in incredibly good condition and the quality is very high.

I purchased this with high hopes do to the good reviews/ratings but when it arrives, it’s not even close to fitting. The quality of the part seems to be high, but a high-quality part is not for my motorcycle doesn’t mean no good. I will amend and update my review based on the performance of their customer service.
