**NOTE**

The new decree, effective August 29, 2025, stipulates that all goods entering the United States will be subject to import duties, regardless of their value.
Potential Impacts on U.S. Customers:
Customs delays:
Due to longer and more complex customs processing, shipments may experience severe delays.
Import duties:
Under the new decree, customers will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes imposed by U.S. Customs on their orders.

 

About Shipping and delivery time:

We normally will dispatch your order within 2-30 /35-50 working days depends on stock level.
Below shows the estimate shipping time for different stock condition :
- Item in stock: The processing and shipping time after placing the order is within 48 hours.
- Item out of stock: After placing an order, the production time of the product is 20-30 days. The product will be packaged and shipped after production is completed.
- Custom order: After placing an order, the production time of the product is 35-50 days. The product will be packaged and shipped after production is completed.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will list the tracking number on your order detail page, if there is any problem regarding to the shipping, please feel free to contact us.

Below shows the estimate delivery time for different courier:
- FedEx: 7 to 10 working days
- UPS: 7 to 10 working days
- EMS: 10-14 working days
- DHL: 10-14 working days
- China post: 15-21 working days
- Hongkong post air mail: 15-20 working days

Delay is possible and depends on your local custom postal services. Sometimes custom will hold the order for random check, you can also contact your local postal services to see if there is any international incoming mail.

Please note:
- Orders outside the Inland United States will be charged an additional shipping fee
- Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
- We provide official shipping service with real-time tracking number for all orders.
- Once the tracking status shows Delivered / Signed, the package is confirmed completed.
- Please check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors and surveillance footage in time after delivery.
- Buyer must report non-receipt or damaged goods within 30 days after delivery date.
- Any late complaint beyond the time limit will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for loss caused by unauthorized signature, door drop-off, neighbor or property collection.
- Courier official delivery records are final and binding for all delivery disputes.
